In November, we’ll be celebrating our 10th anniversary as an organization! Until then, we’re working hard for our children and young people in Uganda. We’re also currently updating our website, so things may be a bit quieter here for the time being. Favour, Esther, and their friends will find their way—and we are grateful to be able to support them along their journey. Help for a Smile e.V. is currently supporting 17 children and young people by covering all the costs needed to give them the best possible start into an independent life. A high-quality education and vocational training are essential. Education is a human right and the key to both individual and societal development.

What will move us in 2023? We want to continue doing everything we can to ensure that our children and young people in Uganda can experience as carefree a childhood as possible—despite their very difficult circumstances—and grow up in a safe and caring environment.
