Newsletter III in 2016 from ‘Help for a smile e.V.’

A lot has happened over the past few months! 1.) The children had wonderful holidays! The many donated items arrived in Uganda just in time. 2.) The Uganda trip by Ines and Ralf has been postponed to December. The children will then return home with their report cards and can spend the first days of their holidays together with Ines and Ralf. 3.) Our fundraising campaign on betterplace.org was very successful. The new beds have already arrived....

Africa, what’s it like there? We’re visiting a school class

On a sunny June morning in Class 1b at Forsmannstraße Primary School in Hamburg: Anne, Carla’s mom, and Ines talk about the lives of children in Africa, explain why we help, read African stories, and answer the children’s many, many questions.
