Children’s book “Charly Flies to Africa II” – Our gift recommendation – Order now!

Charly is flying again! Do you remember when Charly met Favour, Amon, and the other children in Uganda? On his journey to Africa, Charly had lost his flock and, exhausted, landed on the roof of a thatched hut. The children in Uganda were there for him, and together they spent an exciting and memorable day.

Now Charly the stork is setting off once more to visit Favour, Amon, and all the other children again. Luna Langbein joins him on his journey. Together they meet new friends, learn how to make their own footballs and skipping ropes, and discover Uganda’s wildlife.

This second children’s book, created in support of our project in Uganda, features photos and illustrations of the local children and young people and introduces children in Germany to the lives of children in Africa in a playful, cheerful, and educational way.

The book is suitable for children aged four to eight. It also includes a coloring page and a stork quiz. And even adults will find plenty to discover across its nearly 50 pages. Or do you already know how big a stork’s egg is? :)

All work on the book is done on a voluntary basis. Printing costs were covered by donations, so 100% of the proceeds go directly to our children.
