20 children and youth

Help for a Smile supports children and young people in Uganda whose parents are incarcerated or have passed away. We ensure they receive nutritious meals, an education, and essential medical care. By providing a safe new home and a sense of hope, we are paving the way for a brighter future.

Education

A quality education is the greatest gift we can give children and young people for their future; it is the key to individual opportunity. We provide a continuous, complete education and vocational training, creating the best possible conditions for an independent, self-determined life.

100% Volunteer-run

Our commitment is our contribution to greater equality and a better world. We are a registered non-profit, run entirely by volunteers who receive no compensation, ensuring the lowest possible administrative costs. Every bit of support counts! Our Vision

Every child has the right to a childhood, and every child has the right to an education. For 10 years, Help for a Smile has been dedicated to supporting children and young people in Uganda, enabling them to attend school and ensuring they grow up in a safe environment.

Our goal is to provide disadvantaged children and youth with the best possible foundation for an independent, self-determined life. Together with our members and supporters, we work toward this mission through all our activities and projects.
